Home or Studio

For a fraction of the cost of other Pilates Apparatus the Pilates Wall allows you to do most of the Traditional Pilates Wall Unit and Cadillac exercises as well as Swedish Ladder and Ballet Bar exercises. The springs, handles, foot straps and roll back bar are the same studio quality as used on Tirado Pilates Apparatus. The Pilates wall has a sleek 1” profile when mounted on your wall with 72 secure adjustments. It is inexpensive to ship and easy to install.

Pilates is more than Mat Classes. Joseph Pilates created a System of Body Conditioning that includes the Mat Work and the use of Apparatus with springs.

Many studios don’t have the room for the larger pieces of apparatus, however, most could fit in the Pilates wall with just a 1” profile. This is the piece of Pilates Apparatus to begin with!

The springs, handles, bar, etc can be stored out of the way when not in use in a studio or at home. Students can attach the springs to the Pilates Wall in the course of the class.

The Exercises

Doing Pilates correctly requires being taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor. Home use of the Pilates Wall should be in conjunction with your sessions with your instructor. He or she can work with you on what you can do at home. But being able to increase the times you do Pilates during the week will be of great benefit.

Many of the exercises can be done on the Pilates Wall are pictured on the Gallery and on our Facebook page.

"The Wall is right in many terrific ways. Various roll back bar, arm spring and leg spring exercises can be done in multiple planes of movement with one simple design.  Due to the flush wall mount - you can additionally do any arm exercises in supported seated positions, as well as other traditional supine, kneeling and standing exercises with the simple height adjustment mechanism.    The design is clean, crisp and solid, with a space efficient profile and traditional springs.  I am curious how many other traditional exercises find their way to this wall system.  I believe this is one innovation to applaud!" - Clare Dunphy
